There's a woman named Mai selling them fresh in Dang Tat street. She charges me 10,000 each, but her helpers (she's lost both hands many years ago) charge tourists 20,000.
Why? Because they can, and the tourists don't know any better.

There is a lady selling Banh Bao at traffic light coner Nguyen Trai - Nguyen Huu Huan st. 12k-15k Dong.
Nearby the Thanh Chau Bakery at 5 Nguyen Trai st there is one too.
