You can, but don't, traveller's cheques are a thing of the past really and are jus a hassle. Take cash and card.
Travellers checks = anachronism.

Yes you can but a lot of red tape to go with it and you will likely get a bad exchange rate. 10yrs ago it took me over an hour to change a small amount.
If you can bring cash, best rates and no problem exchanging it.
You've put the same post in several forums and the advice is the same..... don't bother with travellers cheques. Cash and credit/debit cards only.
