First time Thailand trip

Me and my spouse will be travelling to Thailand around 20th Nov for 6 or 7Nights.

We will be travelling from New Delhi.

Budget is around 2500USD.

We want to relax, sightseeing, shopping, enjoy good food/drinks.

We want to go to Phuket, Bangkok, Phi Phi, Chiang Mai, Khao Sok park,

and Krabi(if possible).

But we are not sure how to manage our itinerary.

Is local transport easy to use?

Can anyone suggest ideas?

"Can anyone suggest ideas?"

I suggest you pull out a map and actually look at all the places you listed you want to go to, abd realise that it's crazy to think you can do all that in 6 or 7 days.

After you do that, you actually need to do your own research into each area, and choose 2 destinations or maybe 3 of you push yourself and have 7 nights.

OP has missed Ko Samui off the list :)

Seriously, in 7 days, I would choose just 2 destinations to visit, not 1 per day

In that case, we can skip Chiang mai and krabi and may be bangkok also.

Phuket, phi phi island and khao sok is doable in 7N/8D?

Why do people from your country want to rush around and cram in as much as possible? Posts from them appear in SEAsia forums every day.

What you've suggested is ridiculous. In that time frame, 2 places is reasonable. 3 is possible, but that's still a lot of travel.

Start by going to Travelfish.org for some in-depth research to refine your itinerary.

Think of how many full days you'd like to spend in each place rather than nights in bed. Don't consider any 1-night stays. That's 2 consecutive travel days.

SEAsia is a wonderful place with lovely people and culture. Enjoy it! Don't simply try to 'see' it!

Now we have decided 3 nights in Patong, Phuket and 4 nights in Krabi.

We will go for day trips from these two places.

You’ve chosen all beach locations and that’s fine if beach is your only interest.
