If you attempt to do this without the requirements in post#1, you can be arrested, jailed, deported and permanently banned from entering Thailand again.

Research about a work permit, as they did just relax / repeal a few provision of. Making it easy. Start there.

What a strange thing to be considering. Perhaps the OP has no conception of the legal requirements, plus has no idea that street food stalls are being removed from what he terms as “very heavy human traffic” locations.

Forget the idea, Husni. It’s completely out of the question.

You could start a company 51% owned by Thai nominees, and whose business is street food stands and employs a certain number of Thai people in order for you to get a work permit.

There’s an American who turned himself in a billionaire obtaining the franchising rights for popular US fast foods and then replicating the concepts in Thailand. When he had a dispute with a US pizza chain, he canceled the agreement and then turned around and started the hugely successful Pizza Company. He now owns an empire of restaurants, hotels and other businesses throughout Southeast Asia.
