Hi Arundabra, katmanu valley, during monsoon is similar to Mount Abu, in India, it's rainy, sometimes there's sun, but you cannot see the mountains. I suggest you not to go to Pokhara, it's hot and rainy, and mountains are completely covered by clouds.

You can enjoy Nepal in the Kathmanu Valley, visiting the 3 old capital of Kathmandu, Patan and bhaktapur. You can have a walk to Changu Narayan, to visit the oldest pagoda temple of Nepal, you can do a tour of newari villages (Bungamati, Gokharna, Parphing), go to see the moring puja for Vishnu at Boudhanilkhanta, village close to Shivapuri National Park. Explore the area aound Dhulikhel, Namabouddha or Nagarkot could be good even if you cannot see the mountains bacause of the monsoon. You can choose some of these actractions for your four days of trip and enjoy the beauty of Nepal.
