You will be able to hire a jeep from Gorakhpur to the Nepalese frontier at (Indian side) Sunauli/Bhairawa (Nepalese side, but also often called Sunauli). Journey time about 3 hours.

Walk across the frontier, it's then a few minutes walk to the Bhairawa bus station. Take a bus to either Pokhara or Kathmandu

Alternatively, if you don’t want to travel by bus in Nepal you can organise a Toyota Landcruiser or Mini-Bus to meet you at Sunauli fro your onward transportation – You would do this through a trusted and reputable agent – If you want my own recommendation for an Excellent agent that I have used for 17 years and 8 trips to Nepal then drop me a PM

FAO #4

Maybe something like this

Lumbini

Tansen

Pokhara – a few days here as there is a lot to see and do including walking to the world peace pagoda, sunrise at Sarangkot, boating on Fewa Tal, Devi Falls and the Tibetan Refugee camp

Manakamana

Kathmandu – Lots to see and do, several days to get around the sites, these include Bhaktapur (Overnight recommended) Bodhnath, Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Durbar Square, Kathmandu and Patan.

Maybe round off with a few days in Chitwan which is close to Sunauli and the border to round off your trip

Details on most of the above can be found by browsing the tips sections and travelogues on my Nepal blog on this link
