Trans India Holidays - Tour Operator In India

I am travelling to India and Nepal on a family vacation during October and I am considering booking with an Indian company Trans India Holidays that is Delhi based. Does anyone have any experience with them? Also, wondering if I should use a separate travel company for Nepal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My family and myself traveled to India in December 2013, through TransIndia holidays. We had an absolutely magnificent trip. All arrangements were organised to the highest quality allowing us to make the most of our once in a lifetime holiday in a smooth manner. At no point in time, were we left alone, made felt uncomfortable or felt lost. We were always accompanied by a friendly tour staff who were all comforting, friendly, caring, punctual and knowledgeable. All itinerary arrangements were completely flexible to our choice and we were always the center of attention!

Looking at our itennary before the holiday, our only concern was the overnight train trip from Umaria to Agra. We had never travelled on an Indian train like this before and felt a bit nervous, especially with the amount of luggage we were carrying. Fortunately, our travel on the train was made as smooth as possible. Two agents plus both drivers accompanied us to the train station at Umaria, and transported our luggage onto the train (the train only stopped at Umaria for 2 minutes). In addition to this, one of the agents stayed with us on the train until the next stop, making sure we had settled in with no problems.

All accommodation booked through transindia was also of the highest quality. Our stay was luxurious and we were well looked after at all times.

All in all, I can only speak highly of TransIndia in all aspects. I strongly urge you to book through them, it is definitely worth the money and you wont regret it.

Happy Holidays!!

We used Trans India in July 2013 for part of our trip to India and found the entire operation first class. I was there with my wife and sister and law and due to other reasons, we were able to only book this part of the trip about a week before. We were in South India visiting my wife's family and from there we booked a one week trip in Northern India and Trans India found us flights to Delhi and was able to work with our somewhat varied travel schedules. Sister in law was flying out on a different day and slightly different interests. We were in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur and had the same driver for entire time and local guides in each city. We had maximum flexibility and the hotels were quite nice and the guides were always knowledgeable and professional. I can't say enough about Trans India and would easily use them again next time e found ourselves in India.

Enjoy your trip-you will have a fabulous time.

Dear Alan,

I have recently traveled to India on 3 1/2 week tour of North and South which I booked with Trans India Holidays. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone - the representatives, my tour guides as well as the drivers were very professional and spoke very good English. I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to India. Also I believe that they do have some packages including Nepal. Or they can always customize a package just for you! Have a wonderful trip!

Dear Alan

am planning to visit Nepal myself in autumn and did not know that Trans India might be able to help me with that plan but now that I have read your message, I will surely ask them because I have just returned from a great holiday in India, totally arranged by email with Trans India and they did an absolutely wonderful job !

the service was excellent, the hotels and guides really good, also the advice they gave me while we were putting together my holiday schedule of sites to visit etc was very useful and they took the time and effort to answer my 101 questions about all kinds of details. I believe their price was definitely worth it and not too expensive at all. it was my first time travelling with them and we did everything online by email but I will surely travel again with them in the future. Have a great trip and let me know how it was, ok ?

Hi all plz plz don't travel through trannsindia travels, the travel agent named Kajal talks so sweetly before receiving the money then after receiving full amount they didn't receive the call no car/taxi for visiting the places, then too we paid part by part in our 7 days trip for Srinagar , they asked us to pay in first 3 days till then our trip was good, after payment of full amount they changed as we say we can see the real faces.. I suggest don't travel through trans India holiday travels
