Diana's Beach House

Thinking about staying at Diana's Beach House in Jan.

Looking for feed back on the property and location. How is the beach for swimming? And the cost of cooking vs. eating out?

I believe you'll find it said in many other posts here that most if not all of your swimming will take place at The Split. You likely know that CC does not have postcard perfect beaches. Having said that we enjoyed the water at The Split every day that we were there.

We had a kitchenette at Caye Caulker Condos. We would buy fruit, granola and yogurt and enjoy a simple breakfast on our roof top deck most mornings. We would grab a light lunch at a restaurant or bar and then have a nice dinner at one of the restaurants in the evening. Dinner could run anywhere from $30 for the two of us for a very satisfying meal at a place like Wish Willy up to $100 if you went to one of the more expensive places. This was a few years back now.

There are plenty of dining establishments to choose from, ranging from simple decor of eating at picnic tables in someone's yard to nicely appointed restaurants.

Enjoy your time, it's a fabulous place to relax. Go slow !!
