Best Vegetarian Dining inside the Disneyland Parks?

Any recommendations for best veg-friendly restaurants in the parks? Since we'll have the kids with us, we'll probably be looking more for counter service than sit-down, nicer restaurants but any recommendations are welcome and appreciated! :)

The Bengal BBQ in Adventureland has a veggie skewers for $3.49 (current price).

The French Market in New Orleans Square has a veggie pasta. Here is the description from allears.net (current price). Just reading it, I'm getting hungry for it!

>>>Four-Cheese Pasta & Vegetable Gratin - A creamy blend of Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Provolone and Asiago surrounding tender pasta and smooth, subtle bites of Shiitake Mushroom and Cauliflower Florets topped with Seasonal Breadcrumbs. Oven-baked to a golden finish. With Seasonal Vegetables and Cheddar Corn Bread. $12.49<<<<

Kids meals in The French Market included fruit and vegetables and you can get macroni and cheese.

Redd Rocket's Pizza Port in Tomorrowland has a veggie pizza. Description from allears.net (current price).

>>>Venus Vegetarian - Celestial tomato sauce with bell pepper, mushroom, red onion, olive and tomato, topped with feta and mozzarella cheeses. $6.49<<<

There are more. So I'm posting a link to allears.net for you to look at the dining options at Disneyland Resort.

Thanks for the reply! I had actually already visited allears.net and taken notes but I was curious about firsthand recommendations from people who have actually eaten there.

Redd Rockets Pizza Port is one of our favorite places to eat in DL. We usually eat there for early lunch. We share pizza and salad. You will find decent food there. Also there are fruit stands in the park. You can probably bring in snacks, stow them in the lockers near the front of the park.
