November too cold for pool?

Hi again! We will be here Nov 8-12. Just wondering if typically its too cold for the pool by then? I looked around on a quick search but found a lot of different info.

Thanks as always for the help!

Usually, thats pretty nice weather that time of year. It could be pool weather still, it just depends on the year. But its usually quite cool in the earlier morning hours and nightime. You will likely want a jacket at night, it cools off alot.

Come prepared. November heat waves are not uncommon, with temperature in 80's. On the other hand, could be rainy and cold. If pool is reasonably heated could be comfortable for short dip or lap swimming even in inclement weather.

Thanks happy!

I was thinking maybe the big kids could go for a swim while our 3 year old takes her afternoon nap, if needed. I know in the central valley we have gone swimming through october and it starts cooling down by November. We will definitely plan on hoodies & jackets for the evenings.

I grew up in OC, my parents live there, my wife from Boston always complains that its not Thanksgiving weather because it always seems to be in the 80's or even 90's. Very good chance that early Nov will be ideal pool weather.

We swim the first week of December when we are there at the hotel pools. 😎

I always say Christmas is usually a great beach or pool day. Not hot, but typically warm and gorgeous.

November is even better. Thanksgiving can easily be warm enough for pool or beach...so I'd plan on swimming (I wouldn't be able to keep kids out of an Anaheim pool in November, even in the evening).
