I need a refund!

Hi,

I just tried booking activities for Paris France. I tried booking twice and never got to a confirmation page. Even though the website never said I was booked I got charged 3 times and got 2 different confirmation emails with 2 different confirmation numbers. I need to be refunded the extra amounts that I was charged.

I didn’t book a hotel, I booked activities. Like going to see different things in the city. I’m trying to reach trip advisor customer service to have someone reverse it.
