I don't think this is a new hotel, rather a refurb?

of Tasia Maris Gardens?

The Tasia Maris Oasis is actually the old Takkas Apartments, slap bang in the centre of Ayia Napa and Bar Street. Reviews for the Takkas here tripadvisor.co.uk/Hotel_Review-g262055-d3149… very popular with the 18-30 crowd as was. I suspect they'll still be aiming for that crowd and that's what they'll get given it's location...........but the place was well overdue a refurb to be honest, the pics so far look good in comparison to what it was

Hiya safetymatt - I think I remember giving you some advice on the Marmaris forum in the past lol, am I right...? As Miss Chief says, unless you're part of the 18-30 crowd then I'd probably steer clear. Tasia Maris Sands/Beach/Garden Hotels might be more what you're looking for.

yeah Suz you did help me before, having stayed at Tasia Maris beach and gardens just wondered what it would be like, I wouldn't have thought it was aimed at 18-30 as you can book children in there, but if its close to 18-30 id stick to Gardens I think

yeah to be honest, I think the Gardens are pretty much spot on - the Oasis would have to be absolutely superb to be better than them! Whatever you go for I hope you get what you want :)

Your welcome !............I'd forget the Oasis for any type of family holiday. The clientele wont change because of a refurb that's for sure. The group are just covering their bases to offer something for all type of holidaymakers
