Overnight stay at sanctuaries

Overnight stay at sanctuaries

Hey ,

I'm new to Melbourne and kind interested only in Animals haha.. got to see werribee, healesville and melbourne zoo in the list however not sure if a night stay is possible. So can someone help me to know if there are other sanctuaries where a night stay is a possibility?

Melbourne Zoo definitely does overnights. Check the website for the other 2.

Werribee also does overnights, in glamping tents. Healsville doesn’t but there are lots of nearby accommodation options offsite.

You could also spend a night or two in the Grampians or Wilsons Prom where you will hear the birds in the morning and find lots of animals around at dusk and dawn. All in real life, not in a zoo.

At the caravan park at Kennett River you will probably hear the Koalas prowling about at night.
