This forum, the “TripAdvisor Support” forum, is for general questions and assistance using the TripAdvisor site itself.
I would suggest before posting on any forum to read the "sticky" at the top of the forum’s page, if there is one. The sticky will explain the focus / purpose of the forum, important information, and other details. As an example, the sticky at the top of this forum is;
"PLEASE READ: How to use the Support forum!" and has a push-pin icon beside it.
For questions about travelling to specific destinations, you can use the destination forums, which you can browse or search for, starting here:

Happy Cabby have had some issues in the recent past, I’d probably look elsewhere. Sid Foggs is a well established Newcastle company. Train may be an option of course as long as you don’t have a crazy amount of luggage.
All the best.Edited: 02 February 2018, 05:15

I am not travelling from Newcastle but I am departing on a cruise in about a weeks time. I personally will be doing the whole trip to the cruise ship on the train. Country train into central then City train to my sisters place for an over night stay, just in case of delays, then city train from my sisters place to Circular Quay.
My cruise departs from Circular Quay. There is a train station at Circular Quay and it is just a short walk from the train station to the cruise terminal entrance.
I don't know what the schedule is like for travelling from Newcastle but I can see from the fare calculator, travelling with an Opal card, Newcastle to Circular Quay, is $8.50 per person travelling peak times and $5.95 per person in off peak..So train is probably your cheapest possible way to get to the cruise.
The above information is probably irrelevant if your cruise ship departs from white bay instead of Circular Quay.
If you don't know where your cruise ship departs from, these people do.
Thank you so much for sharing your spam with us. We now know what company to avoid entirely. :)
When you say their Facebook page, don't you mean YOUR Facebook page? Seeing as you have 3 posts here all about this company, and many photos relating to this company? :(
