Family History

I am looking for the Catholic church in Thomastown.

My great great grandad, James Chambers

married a Brigid Brennan on 11th February

1835.

Their son William was christened also in Thomastown.

Is any help available there?

The website www.ossory.ie/parishes/thomastown.htm is for Thomastown Parish in Co. Kilkenny. It also lists an email address. Maybe you could get in touch with them and they might give you further assistance? Worth a try!

If you check out the following site http://159.134.203.172/search.asp?source=Eircom

You will find that there are 5 Brennans listed in Thomastown and no Chambers.

You might also check out www.rootschat.com This is a web-site and forum dedicated to people checking their ancestry.
