Accessability for wheelchair

How are the streets / sidewalks for pushing a wheelchair? Any suggestions

for places to visit that are wheelchair friendly?

The foothpaths are suitable for wheelchairs, many of the small shops are not suitable. Yes, you'll get a wheelchair into most of them but manoeuvring around while inside will be challenging. Most pubs and restaurants are easily accessible. The town is not big and you will explore it in less than an hour. As to what to do there, well it's mainly home to shops, pubs, restaurants and a few galleries, so if you're into that, you'll enjoy Kenmare. The real beauty of the area lies in the Ring of Kerry which you should explore when you get there.
