Swimming

We are off to Riva on Wednesday. Our hotel has no pool so can anyone please tell me if there is anywhere to swim, eg the lake, or is that not possible in Riva. Many thanks for any help.

Hi, Riva has one of the longest beach areas of the lake but the beaches are shingle/pebble rather than sand. It used to be very difficult actually getting into the water because it was rocky but it is now a lot easier, although you may still want to bring shoes that you can wear to go into the water.
