Getting to Pisa

Were goin to Chianciano with Shearings on their "Heart of Italy" trip and where wondeing if it would be possible to do a day trip to Pisa on our free day there. We don't drive so we would have to do an excursion or Train/bus. Any info folks??

Not really. There is no train station at Chianciano Terme, so you would have to take a bus or taxi the 7 miles to Chiusi. Then you would have to take a train from Chiusi to Florence, and change there for Pisa. The train journey is about 3 hours each way, so not really possible in a day.
