Does anyone have experience with car sharing services Caritas or Viking Cars in Iceland?
Both services seem wonderful, and I have had good experiences with Relay Rides in the United States. The cars seem higher quality for lower rates than through traditional services but wondering if anyone has experience. I am curious to know your experience!

The first end most experienced Icelandic peer to peer car rental in Iceland is actually https://carrenters.is founded in 2013. They are all operating under a law passed last summer regarding responsibilities and liabilities of these kind of services. I think carrenters.is has the most cars registered.

Caritas is the biggest peer-to-peer car rental in Iceland. It has got both privately owned cars but also cars from car rental agencies. Caritas has over 300 cars on demand, so it's by far the biggest aggregator in Iceland.
I know for sure that Caritas has new ownership.
I would check Caritas car rental if I were you:
