Should we buy the 2 day Stockholm Card?

We'll be in Stockholm this weekend, we are arriving on Saturday evening and leaving on Tuesday morning so we'll have 2 full days in the city. We are planning on visiting at least the Gamla Stam with the royal Palace, Vasa Museum, City Hall, a canal tour and if possible the Skansen Open air museum, I'm wondering if it will be worth buying the 2 day card as we are staying at the Radisson Waterfront so will not be using much public transport.

Also is everything open an a Sunday and Monday?

Hi,

Royal Palace, 150 SEK

kungahuset.se/royalcourt/royalpalaces/theroy…

Vasa Museum, 110 SEK

City Hall, 90 SEK

…stockholm.se/Tourism-and-history/…

Skansen, 100 SEK + additional 100 SEK for the Aquarium

Try to visit Monday night as Walpurgis Night is celebrated at Skansen. See the calendar on the web site

Canal Tour, 160 SEK

www.stromma.se/en/STOCKHOLM/Tours/…

All sights and attractions will we available on Sunday and Monday.

A single journey within the city limits by public transport is 36 or 44 SEK depending on where and how you buy it. A prepurchased strip with 8 journeys is 200 SEK.

Hope it will be easier for you to decide if the Stockholm Card will be a good deal or not. I guess it will if you do all sights you have planned.

Have fun in Stockholm!
