Help - neededTaking kids to Amsterdam (In the rain)?

Can anyone out ther help me please. We are taking our two children ( ages 13 and 6) on a mini cruise tomorrow to Amsterdam and will have approx 2 days and a night there. The weather report doesnt look too promising though!

Can anyone suggest anything we could do with the kids in Amsterdam (As we have never been) that free or doesnt require stacks of cash. Or if any one has any info that we might find useful.

Thanks for you help.

Hi there,

For that age NEMO, the science workshop/museum especially aimed at kids, could be something. It's the big gray building above the Y-tunnel entrance, 8 minutes walk from Central Station. Don't know entrance price but definitely a lot lower than our local Disney equivalents (Walibi, Efteling etc.). Another option could be the usual suspects in the Artis zoo...

All the best,
