Blue Balls Festival

I have learned that our overnight visit to Lucerne is during the Blue Balls Festival.

(1) Would I be better off not asking why it's called that?

(2) It looks as if there will be a performer we want to see on our night, but the lineup isn't being released officially until April 26. Can I just wait till then, keep an eye on the website, and snag some tickets online? Or can I wait till we get there? Or must I make an extra effort now?

Ach, mein Deutch ist ... not.

At blueballs.ch I can see now who's playing where and when at the Blue Balls Festival, but the details are a little harder to work out.

It looks as if some venues (KKL Plaza and KKL Seebar) require a Festivalpin at CHF20; some are full-out concerts at CHF50 and up; and there is probably some free stuff somewhere.

Is there an English-language site anywhere?

If not, I think we'll just ask when we arrive,
