Gentlemen's Clubs in Rome?

Gentlemen's Clubs in Rome?

I hope this question is not too off-color for anyone on these forums... but my wife & I occassionaly enjoy going to Gentlemens' Clubs. We often find that at upscale "Strip" Clubs we are able to avoid the unsavory aspect of most discos and night clubs (i.e. the unwanted dancefloor groping and the unwelcomed advances on my wife) so my we can both can enjoy a drink, the music, and the entertainment in peace.

Can anyone make any recommendations for Gentlemen's Clubs in Rome?

I can't attest to the quality of any of the clubs on the list, but here's a link to some clubs that may qualify.

The first half of the page is a list of escorts, so skip to the bottom.

When we were staying at the Excelsior on the Via Veneto I noticed Gentlemens' Clubs off to the side streets. I'm not sure about the names of streets or clubs but they were very close to Via Veneto; probably because many male business travelers stay in this area.

Hoped this helps.

I cant toally see where you are coming from. There is not such thing as an upscale "Gent's club" around here, but we would possibly try to go to one out of town if it had a great rep. Sounds fun!

Thanks! The web search has given me just a list of clubs - there seem to be plenty. We're are hoping to get a recommendation so we can go straight to a "good" one. If it's anything like the U.S., the quality and classiness from one club to the next can vary greatly.

be very careful...

99% of these places are just a legal way to rip off people looking for female company.

i'm not very familiar with the subject, but i'm not sure that what you might have in the States is something you can find here in rome.

just be careful and if you feel somthing is not as it should be, just walk out before you eat or drink anything.

There was a news story last week about a Japanese tourist being charged about $800 for a beer. I bet he was in one of these places! HA!
