I once read somewhere that you can only marry in Spain if you are Catholic. When i mentioned this to a few friends they did say that thinking bout it they had never been to a wedding in Spain!! Dont know if this is still the case now but it was only few weeks back i read it.

Chantelle

Years ago you could only get married in a Catholic Church in Spain as they didn't recognise civil weddings. Things have moved on from those days.

Before thinking you're all high and mighty, i actually said i dont know if this is the case now but just to bring you down a few pegs this was the actual law a few years back. I dont understand why some people on here like to score points with their attitudes, a simple polite reply of it all changed now would have been sufficient enough.
