Which other city should I go alongside Paris for 11 days?

This November my wife and I plan to spend 10 days across Paris and 1-2 other nearby cities/destinations? We had visited London & Italy before, and enjoy museums and nature. Welcome your recommendations thanks

Dijon would be my first choice, as it's easily reachable by TGV from Paris in about 2 hours. The other choice would be Rouen, also a reasonable distance.

Orleans is less than an hour and a half away and Lille is about two hours by train.

Amsterdam is a great 3 night city and about 3.5 hours from Paris by Thalys -- tickets are much cheaper bought early -- 3 mos or so.

Strasbourg would be a nice couple of nights.

We are fond of smaller towns like Semur en Auxois for a couple of nights, but you need a car to do that sort of thing.
