Layover in Dublin- what to declare on travel form
Save

Hi,

We are American vaccinated travelers who have a layover in Dublin for 20 hours, and we were going to leave the airport to see the city before coming back to our flight. I have two questions about the travel form we have to fill out.

1) it asks if you are transmitting to a connecting flight or remaining in Ireland. Which one would we choose? And if we pick Ireland that means we have to fill out an address, which we do not have.

2) it asks if we are vaccinated (which we are), but it also asks about the EU covid passport. Will we not be able to enter without a covid passport? Is there an American equivalent? Thank you!

not sure about your first question but re the Covid passport - proof of double vaccination will be fine - it doesn’t have to be the EU issued document, just the equivalent from your own country.
