This is why insurance rates are soaring. The UK has been deluged by no win no fee insurance clams over recent years. I am sick of getting idiots wanting me to claim for an accident I haven't had on my UK phone.

The GAA ground will by law have Public Liability Insurance that the owner of private land will not.

The extra cost of Insurance to cover school fairs and other events led to their cancellation at the school I was a governor at 7years ago because it was more than was being raised.

Sign of the times as we slip into the US mindset of claim,sue,claim.
