I've answered on the "World Museum" thread but I'll put this here too:

Closest is probably the Richmond Hotel on Hatton Garden or Bastion Bar at the Shankly Hotel on Victoria Street.

A bit further down is NYL at Aloft on North John Street.

On the same road is the Hard Days Night Hotel.

And around the corner from there is Tea Parlour on Mathew Street.

There's also Carpathia at 30 James Street.

The best is probably Panoramic 34 at West Tower, but it's the furthest away from the museum.
