panarea + filicudi OR favignana OR pantelleria in june

spent a few nights in panarea in may a few years ago and loved it so much! now trying to decide whether to return there (+/- filicudi) or to try one of the other islands such as favignana or pantelleria. we love natural beauty and are not into nightlife. we don't need any/many souvenir shops! just looking for a good spot to enjoy the sun and sea and eat delicious fish.

i appreciate your input!

is flavignana more touristy?

will pantelleria be too hot in june?

Welcome to Sicily jo j!

It’s really a matter of personal preference and judgment, but there’s great beauty on Favignana and Pantelleria and you have already experienced Panaraea – Not too hot and not too touristy!

Best wishes!

We're not recent visitors either, but Favignana was the only one of the three to which we were tempted to return - so we did, the next year!

Panarea is generally tooted as the Aeolians upscale island, so if you enjoyed Panarea, you might enjoy some of the lovely boutique accommodations opening on Favignana - Cas'almare, Cave Bianche Hotel, Hotel Tempo di Mare, Hotel delle Cave, Villaggio Cala la Luna....
