Watching weather forecast for next few weeks (when we will. E there) and it’s saying rain EVERY day!! Say it isn’t so!!
"for the next few weeks" - seriously around here we don't pay attention to the weather forecast for the next few hours!!! Particularly in the mountains. Plus it might say its going to rain but that doesn't mean rain all day.
Also you won't melt :-) bring an outer layer that is waterproof, a hat with a brim to keep the rain off your face and off you go!
+1 to Cruiseryyc's comments. Also, waterfalls are even more impressive with the increased flow from a rainfall.Edited: 10 June 2018, 03:24
It's not saying "rain", it's saying "chance of showers". There is a difference. I only see one day showing "rain", and a couple more showing "a few showers", a few more with "chance of showers". This is typical summer weather in the mountains.
Bear in mind that there is no such thing as "warm rain" here in the mountains. Often when rain blows in, the temperature drops, sometimes quite a lot (10C). So along with a water/windproof jacket, be sure to pack some extra warm layers (a sweater, sweat shirt, fleece etc.)
