Moon Palace Sunrise

I booked a superior deluxe ocean view room for 10 nights starting 20/08/18 through TripRepublic.

Have confirmed hotel voucher but my booking does not show on palaceresorts app. Have emailed reserveuro@palaceresorts.com but they dont reply.

Hotel voucher says present to hotel on arrival.

Anyone else here experienced this or anyne from Moon Palace can advise?

Have you tried going to the Pre- Booking section of the app and going from there?

It was the only way I could find mine.

Yes tried that. My brother is going at same time but different booking. His reservation shows up. Same hotel different travel agent

I tried checking with the hotel for my booking which was made via Expedia. Hotel said it will only show on their systems 2 to 3 days before arrival which is kind of weird and leave potential for overbooking.

What hotel name are you using when looking on the app.

I found mine under GRAND PALACE SUNRISE, not under GRAND PALACE CANCUN

That is normal for tour companies tonhave blocks of rooms and only send the guest list a week or so prior. Happens all the time.

Still doesnt show on app though que sera sera
