Snorkeling at St Francis if you're not staying there

If you're not staying at St Francis can you go snorkeling over there? It's been so windy here all week there's no snorkle tours going out.

Do you mean to participate in one of their tours, or just to go and snorkel? The sea is not owned by anyone and free for all to use, so snorkel to your heart's content. And afterwards, enjoy a nice lunch at St. Francis -- the food and vibe is great. And please be very careful -- there are Bahamas-wide warnings of riptides and rough water for the next few days.

Yeah we just want to swim and then hang out, not a tour. Thanks for the reply and tip. Yeah it's been a rough week here!

You should check with St. Francis before you use their walkways and paths to get to the beach though.

I emailed them a few days ago and no response. When I try to call I get a fast busy signal. We'll give it a whirl tomorrow anyway. The worst that can happen is we'll be forced to drink Kalik at Chat and Chill. :)

We're in a great villa in February Point. Highly recommend it if you're coming down. We got here last Friday and it's been high winds until 2 days ago. Its just now calming down, but we're really bummed we couldn't snorkle and today all the operators are booked up.

We went over there and they were very accomidating and nice. Even stored our bags. But for now you can't see anything as its too turned up out there. Suppose to get more winds starting on Monday. Oh well. Had a great BBQ sandwitch and a pizza, which I gave most of to Elvis. He was a happy man.
