It's such a tiny island, they're aren't a lot of options and they're all pretty basic. Still, the beaches are worth it. Be sure to spend a day on Loblolly which melts into Flash of Beauty and Cow Wreck Beach on the other side of the island.

One of the things I found incredibly charming about Anegada was the "Honor Bar" at the first hotel you reach walking from the public ferry. I've only ever seen or heard of "Honor Bars" in the BVI's. Sidney's Peace and Love on Jost Van Dyke is also an "Honor Bar"...sooner or later they'll be fully recovered from Hurricane Irma.

Also, I hope you'll do a day trip to neighboring Virgin Gorda to:

Go through The Caves at The Baths

Snorkel in Spring Bay

& Snorkel in Devil's Bay.

A public ferry travels between the two island.

Wait until you see the actual cows on Cow Wreck Beach!!!

Happy Planning! ;~>

P.S. Ask a local to point out the Century Trees and explain why they're called that.

We stayed at Anegada Reef Hotel. Very nice place. We enjoyed a newly renovated beachfront room. Lovely bathroom, bed, refrigerator in room and small patio outside.

We also spent a lot of time at Anegada Beach Club. They have a very nice hotel as well as fantastic beachfront tents. This is not camping, it’s “glamping.”

Lots of amenities on this property and the beach is to die for.

We loved Anegada and plan on spending time there again next summer.

Be sure to look up the info on the Horseshoe Reef which is ranked #1 thing to do on Anegada also.

We always stay at Big Bamboo while on Anegada. Cold ac, beautiful beach, nice bar, and Diane (the owner) is one of the greatest people on the planet. We LOVE Anegada, but it’s really the people that make the island so great. You’ll have a blast. If you have any other questions or need recommendations please ask.

Stay at Keel Point Cottages and you can walk in the water over to Anegada Beach Club! Loved Keel Point and our landlords!
