Tranquility Bay Beach Resort - worth it?

We (married couple) may have the option of staying at Tranquility Bay Beach Resort (formerly Jolly Beach resort) in a one bedroom unit with a full kitchen at a special, discounted rate for 7 nights that would be a great bargain. As long as our accomodation is clean, good AC, working appliances and a standard, comfortable bed & bathroom, we'd be fine. The pictures of the one bedroom units with kitchens on the resort's site look more than acceptable to us. Our other important criteria is a nice beach that does not have rocks, reefs, plant life, etc that you have to navigate around when entering the water. If our discounted rate is more than 50% off the regular resort rate, is this a NO BRAINER?

Totally, the one bedroom units are everything you want and the beach at Jolly is just beautiful 1 mile long beautiful white sand, easy access to the lovely sea it really is picture perfect, another added bonus is the large supermarket and bars and restaurants just a couple of minute stroll away in Jolly Harbour and right on the beach you have castaways a decent bar and restaurant and a great place to watch the sunset at happy hour sipping a nice cocktail !!!!
