Grand Mirage Resort rooms

Hi, We are booked into this hotel in June in a deluxe room, does anyone know if this will be large enough for 2 adults and our 15 year old daughter? The hotel says it will be a queen size bed with a rollaway bed but the images of the room look a little on the small side and we dont want to be stepping over each other, the next size room is an Ocean Suite and a steep jump in price so need some advice on whether to pay for this upgrade or not please?

Cheers

Hi Zavienna,

The deluxe rooms are 42 square meters so you shouldn't be too concerned. You may need to alter the light furnishings a little but we have used a rollaway bed on many occasions in smaller rooms than that without problems.

Thanks Botman, reassured that the room will be big enough with the additional bed

We've just been to the Grand Mirage and I noticed one of the rooms had an extra bed. No worries at all. BTW the all inclusive is the best way to go. Excellent value. We found the best options for dining:

Chopsticks...small servings but enough by the time you're finished and really liked the food, not full of msg and very tasty.

The restaurant where they serve breakfast is a great lunch and dinner option. They have a buffet but ask for the a la carte menu...food is top quality.

Italian restaurant is good.

Jukung bar and Grill...we weren't impressed.

All beverages free.

What we noticed was that the entire time there, we spent no money.

We're back on the west coast now and it feels a little strange paying for everything.
