Going to Lake Prags from Venice

Hi! I've done a lot of research on that matter and haven't found anything reliable. I want to know how to go to Lake Prags from Venice. And if possible, the cheapest way.

Option a): train to Dobbiaco (via Verona-Bolzano), bus from there to Braies. Train fare depends on the type of train; local bus fare is very cheap

Option b): bus to Cortina (ATVO or Cortina Express), hence local bus to Dobbiaco, then another local bus as above.

Hi Amr M, so did you manage to take the train or the bus.

And isn't Niederdorf (Villabassa) station nearer?

Vilabassa is nearer, BUT!

Bus is Dobbiaco - Vilabassa - lago di braies. In high season sometimes You cant take a bus and wait to the next one.
