3D/4N tour of Pelling in May

Since traveling from one place to another takes up a major part of the day in Sikkim, I have decided to plan a trip based around one place this time. The plan is to arrive at NJP on 17th May and proceed to Pelling, spend the next three nights there and return to NJP on 20th. Since I'll have two full days (18th and 19th) in Pelling, I want to explore all possible points around it. Can someone suggest a good itinerary ?

Also, please suggest some good tour operators/hotels/packages.

Day 01: transfer from NJP to Pelling and overnight stay at Pelling Hotel

Day 02: sightseeing at Pelling

Day 03; sightseeing at Tashiding

Day 04: Transfer to NJP railway station.

@ Rs 12000 to 15000 budget.

You may think of the following travel plan.

Day1 Arr Pelling check-in to Tashighang Resort.

Day2 Pelling - Darap Village, Rimbi Waterfalls, Rock Garden, Kunchenjungha Water Falls and Khecheopalri Lake. After lunch visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Helipad View Point, Rubduntse Palace Ruins.

Day3 Day trip to Kaluk.

No need of tour operator or any package in this itinerary. Hire a car from hotel's travel desk and enjoy the beauty of West Sikkim.

Thanks a lot Asish. Will I get any share conveyance from NJP to Pelling? Or do I need to contact the resort ?

You may get shared vehicle for Pelling from NJP in tourist season. Otherwise, take a break either at Legship or Geyzing.
