Even in January, snowfall in Kasauli is very rare occurance.

Its a rare thing these days...... May be once in 3-4 years... dec/Jan/Feb are the months when you can expect snow....

Yes, it snows in Kasauli. Once in 4 years is the average. Month cannot be specified but Dec till Feb end, it can snow once in 4 years

Actually kasauli is in himachal pradesh right? Then please suggest a plan for H.P. I want to Go from Amritsar to Dalhousie,Dharmasal,Manali,Kullu,Manali.Then from Shimla take toy train to kalka. Where i can add kasauli? I mean please suggest a proper itinerary for this trip....
