I will be in Kasauli in September. Can anyone advise me of the expected temperature and whether there are mosquitos around then.

1937Max,

Kasauli would be extremely pleasant in September. As a matter of fact, best season for Kasauli is Sep - Nov. There wont be much cold, light woollen will be required after sunset or early morning.
