No there most likely won't be diving schools at Le Moule which is on the far eastern Atlantic coast at Grande Terre. On the Caribbean side (Basse Terre), at e.g. Pointe Noire there are diving schools. After all it was one of Jacques Cousteau's first research areas and the nature reserve carries his name. Riding between the two is about 2.5 hours.

However you posted this in French somehow in TA's English-language forum...

At Pointe Noire it's brilliant, as Cousteau himself discovered too. (Late) November-April is best season. We did a tour with a large glass-hull boat through the reefs and from that we could also snorkel, lots of different fish types and clear water showing the many colourful corals.

All the best,

Do any of the dive boats have freediving instructors?

You'd have to google dive schools at Guadeloupe (e.g. Pointe Noire and Deshaies) and ask. Not sure.
