There is more than one bronze area, see spagrandprix.com/en/pages/tribune-bronze.aspx and …weebly.com/spa-francorchamps.html - yes you will need to take folding seats if you don't want to sit directly on the grass.

Scroll down to "Spa is hard work but worth it" on here: https://www.bookf1.com/f1-belgium/reviews.htm - you will find much more detailed and specific information about racetracks on dedicated F1 sites (like that one and http://www.f1fanatic.co.uk/groups/going-to-the-belgian-grand-prix-at-spa-francorchamps/forum/) than in a general travel forum, although there are a few reports on TA: tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g188634-i204-k7756…

Toilets are Portakabins, which you have to pay for (€0.70 last year: https://www.bookf1.com/f1-belgium/reviews-2.htm); there are also disabled access toilets, see spa-francorchamps.be/en/pdf/SF_access-paddoc…

Food is of the fast variety, drinks available but both are expensive, you might want to take at least water with you. See "Eating" on https:/…
