I read review that said that a 20 mins walk will get me from Hotel Ibis to Waterloo train station. Will it be cold to walk during the month of November?

It is cold now already. November can give rain, snow, but also nice dry days with sun.... We never now that in advance.

Assuming you mean the Hotel Ibis Waterloo, of course - which is 1.5 km from Waterloo station.

But why would you put this in the forum for FELUY if the question is about Waterloo?? (http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g188642-i2463-Waterloo_Brabant_Wallon_Wallonia.html)
