Has anyone had a bad experience with this company
Judging by the name, I;d be surprised if there hadn't been bad experiences, but let's be fair, even the best companies out there have complaints from dissatisfied customers, and some are even justified.
Please do have a search here as Avanti suggests. Also, please feel free to give us some details about what you've seen and where, and post on the Cruises forum if you want to.
yes, very bad, I was given a voucher and booked through them only to find that I paid more than I would if I hadn't gone through them. I contacted them to query what I had paid and got nowhere. Then I found my balcony room had an obstructed view, too late I was already booked. They added travel insurance to the final payment even though I told them I had my own and they said it was their duty of care. \now \i find the room has fixed twin beds that can't be moved and yet I booked a double! Avoid these people they are a rip-off.
