I had a similar issue on my Android phone. I can't find any way to add a city from the downloaded cities page. When I visited the online page for a small city I couldn't find anything, but when I perused a major city just after the "Places to eat" section there was "Get to know XXXX" Directly below that was a green arrow followed by "Download." When I clicked on it it gave the familiar options of basic or full (more megabytes).

The next question is how can you get a list of cities for which these downloads are available so you don't have to go through lots of dead ends looking for cities you can download?

I'm not aware that you can downloaded city guides to view off-line at this time. I can see the Add button in the downloaded cities area of my profile, but attempting to add a city will only open the city page online.

after a little hassle I FOUND IT!!! Search for your destination city, scroll a little down. In my case it was Bangkok, so I scrolled past "Shops", hotels, tours and activities, nightlife, restaurants, AND THEN - "GET TO KNOW BANGKOK". there is an option to download in this section. HOWEVER, this option is absent in other cities, like Pattaya... so it may not be available to all locations

I was having a similar problem and realized that it is only available on some cities. were heading to Costa Rica so hopefully can find wifi somewhere.

I downloaded a guide for Buenos Aires on my Android phone, and it shows in the list of downloaded cities, so far it's the only one, but when i press on it, no content is available offline. What could be the issue?
