Accidental Double Posting

Dear TripAdvisor,

I inadvertently posted two reviews on the same establishment; Paid Spa, Bangkok, Thailand, because I didn't receive an acknowledgement from you after I submitted the first review.

Now, both reviews have been nullified.

Can you kindly review this issue & look at publishing my first review & give me credit for only the first review? Putting up reviews takes time & effort. Nullifying our reviews due to a technical glitch is not encouraging. Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi ~

This forum is a member to member support forum, not a TA office.

There is no listing for a "Paid Spa" but you have a review posted for Pai Spa:

TA do not notify a member if they remove one of their reviews.

You also have a review in pending according to your contributions page.

This is a member-driven forum. You're not communicating with TA staff.

The system should not have accepted your second review. That's a glitch.

You can remove your second review, which I take it is pending. Go to www.tripadvisor.com/userreviewsupport Allow 24-48 hours for removal.
