I recently posted a review and was asked by the sales director to contact her regarding my review (which she acknowledged was accurate and that the hotel was being renovated now). I have contacted this individual 3 times in the last month with no response. I think this is important feedback as this person responds to every review with a personal reply and touts the chain's "Hamptonality" philosophy. Yet, when I attempted to post a follow-up note, the site says I cannot post for 3 months. Is there a way to add a post-script to a review?
