it saids i will get brunch / snack

any idea what type of food i could get thansk

The "snack or brunch" designation seems a bit meaningless, some even calling it a 'glitch' in the flight system for even existing. Most of what I've seen for this is pasta or sandwich or a wrap. Flyer talk is a good spot to sort through posts about airline food, if you really want to give time to it. You'll get some food, it won't be great.

Yes, agreed. I wouldn’t expect much from American. Especially in cattle class. There’s a reason it’s called that.....

If you don't want to be disappointed in the food you will get. Buy some decent food at the airport prior to departure. It's surprising how many passengers look with envy when someone brings their own food and it surpasses what is being served to them by the airline.

Only about a 6 hour flight. Just have a decent meal before boarding. Regard anything given on board as a bonus.
