We really enjoyed our dinner experience at Mosaic. Anita one of the nicest and most patient waitresses we have come across took her time to understand our dietary needs and worked with the kitchen to prepare dishes to our liking even though this was a buffet dinner. Anita and the team went out of their wait to ensure we enjoyed our dinner experience. Will definately visit again.
We had an amazing time with the staff being extremely helpful and welcoming. Anup and Akshya were very hospitable and their staff was on time with the food that was fresh and hot. The soup was a great addition to the meal and would definitely recommend giving them a try!
We loved that the restaurant offered a variety of dishes during the breakfast buffet so there was always something for everyone to enjoy. Service was always amazing but we specifically have to call out Abhay and Salman for their hospitality. They were very personable in remembering us and if someone from our party was missing from the table one morning, they would ask about them. Even when they were not our servers, they would say Hi when passing by the table. Our first day dining, Abhay recommended made-to-order dishes and a tea for us to try which turned out to be our favorites (Masala Dosa, Masala Omelet & Masala Chai) throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience and would recommend.
This hotel is the best in the area, which is otherwise short of options so a great choice if you're here on business. It's competitively-priced, welcoming, comfortable and offers a wide range of good food (Indian, Asian and Western) with a high standard of service, the high point being the breakfast team under Sachin the head chef. Enjoy a dosa or massala omelette - they're both excellent here. The team goes beyond the norm to take care of you, with the man himself checking in to see that all is as it should be. Recommended!
The ambience of this restaurant especially candle light dinner at pool side is just finger licking good. The food is delicious here. We had customised our booking with cake and one bouquet the taste of cake was amazing. The staff especially Mr. Surendra, Mr Nath and Mr. Bhupender were very warming and gave us a time to remember forever.
The ambience is great, and so is the food preparation. Definitely recommend the dal. The chef is really accommodating and was happy to help us with no garlic in the food. Additionally, they even answered all our queries on the the food and ingredients. Mr Rohit was extremely friendly and gave nice recommendations.
The team led by rajesh (restaurante manager)is good and shubham gupta ,biru, gunjan ,hitesh, rupesh, ankit. He is leading the team nicely to inculcate the right ethos of radission The restaurants like spring are excellent in terms of food and service. The people there are very interactive and explain the details of the dishes and the decor. The service is impeccable. We have visited many time and every time you see the excellence all around.
We came here for our anniversary dinner and had made a reservation with special request of table being decorated with rose petals, etc. it was all very well organised. Chandni, took great care of us. Recommended place.
They really have great selection for the lunch buffet which includes local fare, Thai, Italian and some sushi. The local fare was my fave. Must try their garlic butter naan!! It was delightful. Their curries was very flavorful and the right amount of heat. It was 2800/person for lunch (++). We also ordered Jameson (neat) and Diet Coke; it was cheaper to get the Jameson (500 vs 600 for a small Diet Coke). Service was great. Highly recommended.
I have lived in mist of the hotel chains but none come closer the hospitality and service level as crowne plaza. In their segment, these guys are really living up to the mark. Rooms as spacious with pin drop silence environment. Food was amazing too as they consider making dishes from living kitchen as per your wish. Even if you want to avoid inconvenience to them, they still push it to make customized dishes for you. We experience this wonderful service gesture from on of their employee, Ms. Bharti. Keep it up Crowne plaza.
The Cafe which is one of the restaurants at Hyatt Delhi serves meals on buffet and a la carte basis. This review is for the buffet for in-house guests. The buffet spread for all three meals is lavish and takes care of the taste buds for a variety of customers. For breakfast, foodies can enjoy variety of hot freshly made South India menu , live paratha and eggs to order and much more. The health freaks can enjoy a variety of greens, sprouts, fresh fruit and vegetable jucies. Fresh cut fruits, dry fruits, pan cakes, hot and cold beverages are also included. The lunch and dinner buffet menu are equally lavish and balanced with variety of starters, soups, breads, veg and non veg main course, rice dishes, salads and much more. For people with sweet tooth, the sweet bar is mind boggling with variety of ice cream, pastries, Mithai, cut fruit, brownies and much more. The Friday and Saturday dinner menu's are extra special with inclusion of momos, tacos, and live chaat counter. The staff at this restaurant is always on thier toes and extremely well managed. Right from the reception, to stewards, chef's and the management staff are absolutely courteous and go the extra mile to ensure that you have a sumptuous meal in a relaxed atmosphere of this restaurant. Definitely recommend this place and a stay at Hyatt Regency Delhi just for the sheer pleasure of enjoying The Cafe. Cheers to the entire staff.
Food was excellent, and service was top tier. Suraj was very accommodating and served coconut water after a long journey for us when we were ordering through the menu. Suraj helped us get food for our flight as well. The quality of food was excellent and had various cuisines.
The food was amazing, but the staff was super amazing. I and my friend started arguing over an expensive dish whether we should order that or not (as it was exceeding our budget), but Mr. Raunak came back and insisted us to but the dish - and the restaurant will give a 10% special discount. It was so considerate of him to do this! Mr. Aryaman was also very humble and accommodative. Undoubtedly, ambience was super pretty!
Our server, Kaif, was eager and attentive. After spending a week on the palace train and in st Regis hotels we found breakfast to have more variety than the train and more server attentiveness than St Regis. Sometimes we would finish breakfast before getting our first coffee at other places. Not with Kaif, he made sure our service was excellent. Enjoyed the atmosphere and service.
Exceptional service and good food, lovely ambience. The Venue was chosen for a birthday dinner for 25 guests. Mr Miraj was very involved and helpful in deciding the menu as well as giving suggestions. The food was excellent and appreciated by all guests, while the fruit cake was simply awesome. Specially mention also of Priyank who was giving service at the table. He along with others was very polite, efficient and served us tirelessly till late at night. The other highlight of the evening was the vocalist Adrish Pandey who with his perfect rendition of old Hindi songs made for a perfect evening for us.
I woke up at 9.30am after a layover sleep at Holiday Inn. Walked into breakfast hall quite drowsy and Sunil was lovely and helped me have a lovely sausage, rice, curry brekky, made me coffee and got me an personalised omelette. Lovely for a female solo traveller. Highly recommend layovers stay at the Holiday Inn in New Delhi as you do not need the fuss of a Visa to stay in nearby hotels (that are all outside the transit area), humid travel that can be last minute, and the rooms are very cool, kept dark and can be hired hourly for shorter than single day stays. Only negatives are no toiletries in the bathrooms (so you have to buy shower and dental at duty free with boarding pass) and the WIFI in the airport is rubbish and hotel wifi does not work. Staff at the front desk offer a 4G router or extender you can carry with you but I recommend you ask the staff to write the passwords downs or check it is working in front of them.
The food is excellent and the service is superb. One person in our party had tree nut allergy and our server, Sudhir, took extra care and discussed with the chef. Chef prepared the thali nut free meal separately for just one person. Thank you, Chef for the superb food. Sudhir, our server, was very attentive and made our experience very special. I highly recommend this place for food and service!!
We had gone out for Lunch at the Sheraton’s ‘Delhi Pavilion’ to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and it turned out to be one of the best decisions, the most courteous staff coupled with delicious lunch were unparalleled. And to make this even more memorable, cake on the house made us feel really nice…. Special mention to Mr Arjun Singh, who was very warm and forthcoming while keeping us very comfortable and smiling….Thanks a lot!
I arrived in New Delhi this morning on a bus from Jaipur to pick up a friend at the Airport and had a few hours to kill and on a whim decided to spend a few hours hanging out in the lobby at the Raddison and I am so glad that I did. An incredibly kind woman named Kritika gave me a coffee for free and she told me about the buffet and because of her recommendation I decided to treat my friend to the experience of lots of incredible food and even better service, especially since she was just arriving from a year of traveling by herself in Africa and I wanted to treat her to something special. I am SO glad that I did! I’ve been to a lot of Buffets in my life including one at the only continuously rated five star, five diamond hotel in existence (the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs), and this was by far the best buffet experience that I have ever had. The service was incredible, the food was fresh and amazing and for my friend coming from Africa, the experience was in a word - decadent. So thank you and I would recommend it it a heartbeat. So thank you Yashwani, kritika verma and the entire staff for an experience that I will never forget.
I had visited Shangrila for business meetings that were planned on for the 2days, wherein i found this cute cafe to be theright place for my purpose. the ambience is excellent with a carefully planned spread of tables. Ms.Diksha is the reason i decided to come keep the choice of venue same on the second day as well. Her understanding, presentation, skills to cater to the requirements are very appreciative, exceptional and highly professional. She is doing a very good job. Unfortunately she was not available on the next day, but there was someone else equally competent Hushmeet who had a high level of customer connect, polished communication skills, and zeal to maintain the brand value of Mister Chai and take it to the next level! Highly appreciated, extremely satisfied with the level of understanding she possesses in her. The coffees are incredible, masala chai is excellent! being from mumbai, i loved the bhajiya they served, its just delicious. Highly recommended place
Having just got back into a fitness regime, I've been looking at what I eat. I felt like having something from outside, so was looking for a place that offered healthy food. The name itself was good enough to grab my attention and I decided to order from here. To my delight, it was all just amazing. Firstly, the ingredients used were so fresh. Secondly, while it was filling, you didn't feel heavy after eating it. I ordered the following items: Lean Chicken in Beetroot Hummus and Roasted Vegetables Panini (8.5/10) - Quite a nutritious and filling option, the panini was nicely toasted and full of vegetables. This came with a side of delicious Beetroot Hummus to dip your panini into. The House Pasta (9/10) - This for me was the show stealer, with a nice yoghurt based sauce as base and wholewheat penne. It was full of fresh broccoli, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and other vegetables and chicken slices. Perfectly filling, not heavy and an answer for all your cravings! I'll be definitely giving this a shot again. All of this came at decent price, much less than the premium amount many other contemporaries charge. A must try for sure!
Words fall short of the food and service that we were offered today by chef Khurana and MrNirmalaya and his team. We organised a family dinner of 45 people and experienced the most impeccable service. Right from pre portioned appetizer serving to the most fabulous sit down dinner, our dinner was an absolute delight! I have never had anything like the dal makhni and nihari I had tonight. Me writing this token of appreciation at 3am in the morning right after I am back from the dinner explains how perfect the dinner was. Thank you chef Khurana and Nirmalaya and team for hosting us the way you did. You truly are what great hospitality stands for. Akanksha
Recently visited Delhi barbeque with my friends this is the first time i visited this resturant. The ambience was amazing , they taking all the precautions like wearing mask ,hand gloves using sanitizer before serving food to us. This is an authentic Indian restaurant in West Delhi with a lovely ambience and gastronomic excellence. I spent a month at the hotel and they made sure to prepare items not on the menu to prevent any monotony. I am very impressed by the service and care that they show; I was visiting with my family and all the restaurant staff including the managers, chefs, and serving staff made it a point to know our names and welcome us to the restaurant. Special shout out to the manager Pushkar who was dedicated to making a customized dining experience for us - Chefs Praveen and Jitender would come out and ask for our preferences for food and the wait staff (Bhanu, Akash, Wassi) would eagerly cater to our every need. A must visit restaurant if you are in Delhi.
I have spent the last 4 weeks at the Radisson Blu in Paschim Vihar (Delhi). Every morning the breakfast at the hotel was at Level 2. What an outstanding experience, not only for the variety of food but also for the service and friendliness of the staff. They got to know the names of my children and would make special dishes for the family. It serves all kinds of pallets both with Indian dishes and continental dishes. Several people at the restaurant need to get a shout out: Manish and Pushkar the managers, Manoj, Mulul, and Tarun in the staff were very attentive and constantly finding ways to please us with service and food. I would come again just for this experience.
Impressed by the wide variety of options in both the food and the bar menus. Plus we felt special to be served by Papori who explained the dishes very well and suggested the food we simply loved. The food is delectable, the serving size is substantial, and Papori's service was par excellence.
Not only having unlimited good food, coffee and snacks, the lounge is a little space of quietness in the very crowded airport. The hosts are gentle and accommodating and offer the greatest help possible for any problem you encounter. I had an awesome time exchanging with Deepak who’s in charge of the space. It made my day unforgettable. 100% recommend, will come back anytime. The space is perfect to work on your computer.
Anup Singh pundir was excellent guy, music was super and piecefully. Ambiance was super authentic indian. Most specialy celebrated our son birthday with family and hotel staff and singers. It was unforgetable movement for us. Will recommend to our family and friends personally.. Well done dvar team Will definitely visit again soooon
What a surprise to find a wonderful restaurant at the Novotel New Delhi Aerocity. The staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for us. There was a special buffet featuring food of the Mughals, from the heart of India. Guest chefs cooked the food fresh in front of us, the theatre was great and they explained every item. We were given tasty local drinks to try, sweets and sides. Can't recommend enough.
An enjoyable saturday afternoon at Farmers basket at pluck - thanks to Mirza and Chef Sabir. Sabir ensured that our dietary requirements of non spicy food items were taken care of- delicious food items cooked. Mirza took good care of us during the entire lunch time- great servicing!!
