I made a last minute reservation there for my birthday and requested strictly vegan options. The chef was more than accommodating and was so happy that I was not served a damn salad. Great cuban inspired food, great but limited wine options and they made me a birthday surprise with a sparkler. Was very happy and was still a romantic... More

Our group of 8 had a very enjoyable dinner at Ernest and Fidel this week. There was something delicious for everyone, seafood, steak and fajitas were all delicious. Our service was perfect and wee enjoyed the recommendations and conversation with the chef, Rodrigo.

We were thrilled to discover this fabulous new and different restaurant in St, Martin this year. With gourmet Latin American food, it is a welcome change from the ubiquitous great French cuisine. We have eaten there multiple times and can highly recommend everything we ate. The linguine with seafood is outstanding, with an unusual light wine sauce, the grilled tuna... More

The restaurant looks very attractive and we received a very warm welcome by the waiting staff. The food is great, dishes from Cuba, Peru and other south American countries. The ceviche is amazing and the Causa is very tasty. We've been back already in the same month! Also try the delicious cocktails. After dinner we spoke to chef Rodrigo and... More

Had several superb meals at this enchanting restaurant. Very helpful, informative waitress and tried a variety of dishes all very well presented and extremely delicious. A wonderful atmosphere on the live music night in particular.

Recently stayed in Cupecoy Bay, and ate at this restaurant. Excellent service. The tapas latter appetizer is a must have. We walked in without a reservation, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to make one. Would definitely eat here again!

I returned to this lovely restaurant and tried the chicken fajitas. They come from the kitchen sizzling, with really tasty flavors in the meat and many sides to lather over the tortilla. My family tried the chicken a la Mexicana and the New York steak. Loved every mouthful and even asked for the recipe!! So good. Try one of their... More

this place is attractively designed with a nice patio. We had the ceviche in the pineapple boat. Excellent. Other meals were sub par- tuna was undercooked, steak wasn't enjoyed by two in our party. Service was slow and inattentive. I waited 15 minutes for my first drink and was told she forgot it, got it 10 minutes later without apology.... More
