Since our last visit in 2012 we haven't been back to this part of Lanzarote. We stayed in the village of Tias this time and went to La Casona twice. Again I had stroganoff which was just as good as last time. Also tried entrecôte, that was really nice. The staff are welcoming and although their English isn't very good... More

We visited this restaurant as it was recommended by the owner of our villa. By the time we left the restaurant there were several tables being served but all from the UK, no locals. The starters we had grilled cheese and Spanish sausage in white wine were 'ok' but our main courses white fish and mixed meat skewer were over... More

Went here twice with family and the food was awful. The starters were ok but the mains were so badly cooked and there was no excuse for it as there were hardly any one in the place on the occasions when we were there. Overcooked spaghetti, almost raw and tough as old boots T bone steak with the best part... More

This café is on the lower roundabout opposite & near Caja Mar Bank. Cheap and cheerful service and good value food.

Just had a very pleasant meal, pizza meal skewer and carbanara all was excellent and I certainly would not call this place expensive. We will definitely come back again.

We really wanted to love this place - it was recommended by the owner of our villa and the waiter was very friendly, but sadly the food wasn't great and it was expensive for what we got. There's no children's menu which isn't an issue in the sense of giving kids a choice. There are plenty of dishes on the... More

We were in Playa Blanca, and on our way to Casa Saramago decided to stop at La Casona for lunch. From all the restaurants in Lanzarote this was definetely our favorite. The food was excellent, the gambas in garlic oil amazing, pizzas for the kids the way we do at home!! On our way back from Mirador del Rio decided... More

Tried her a couple of times as the first time the food was quite good and of reasonable quality. The restaurant was very quiet. Second time had pasta and I can safely say it was the worst I have ever eaten. Same waiter each time and he was very polite and helpful. Not a lot to see as the restaurant... More
